The government has extended the Kisan Card Phase-2 registration deadline to June 30, 2025, giving eligible farmers additional time to complete biometric eKYC verification at district agriculture offices.
The second quarterly payment of Rs. 10,500 for the financial year 2025 has been released for 8.7 million registered BISP Kafaalat beneficiaries. Families can collect their payments at designated HBL branches, Easypaisa agents, and post offices using their CNIC.

The government has announced continuation of electricity subsidy for protected consumers (households using up to 200 units per month). Eligible households will continue to pay subsidized tariff rates throughout the 2025–26 fiscal year. No separate application is required.
