How to Apply

PM Laptop Scheme
Application Guide

Step-by-step process for applying for the PM Laptop Scheme 2025.

1

Check University Eligibility

Confirm your university is HEC-recognized and public sector. Check the official HEC list at hec.gov.pk. Private universities are not included in this scheme.

2

Verify Your CGPA

Ensure your cumulative CGPA is at least 3.0 as per latest transcript. Get an official transcript from your university registrar before applying.

3

Apply via University Portal

Applications are submitted through your university’s internal laptop scheme portal — NOT directly to HEC. Contact your university IT department or student affairs office.

4

University Shortlisting

Your university prepares a merit list based on CGPA and allocates laptops from their quota. Shortlisted students receive SMS/email notification.

5

Collect Your Laptop

Attend the laptop distribution ceremony at your university. Bring original CNIC and enrollment card. Sign the official receipt form to confirm delivery.
