You must have a valid, unexpired Pakistani CNIC registered in your own name. The CNIC must match the land ownership records in government database.
You must own agricultural land (Fard required) OR have a valid tenancy/muzara agreement. Tenant farmers must provide a letter from the landowner.
Must be a Pakistani citizen currently residing in Pakistan with an active mobile number registered on your CNIC via NADRA records.
Kisan Card Phase-2 is primarily for small farmers with up to 25 acres of land. Larger landowners may have different eligibility under other credit schemes.
Applicants must not have any outstanding bank defaults or blacklisted status in the State Bank of Pakistan’s Credit Information Bureau (CIB).
All Kisan Card applicants must complete biometric eKYC verification at their nearest agriculture department office or authorized NADRA facilitation center. Bring your original CNIC and land record.

Collect your original CNIC, land record (Fard), mobile number registered on CNIC, and any tenancy agreement if you are a tenant farmer.
Go to your nearest District Agriculture Department office, Punjab Kisan Center, or designated facilitation camp in your tehsil. No online registration is available for first-time applicants.
Staff will fill out the Kisan Card application form using your documents. Verify all information before signing. Do not leave any section blank.
Your fingerprints are verified against NADRA database. This is mandatory and takes only 2–3 minutes. Ensure your fingers are clean and dry during biometric.
Your Kisan Card is mailed to your registered address within 10–15 working days. You will receive an SMS confirmation when your card is dispatched.
